Fresenius Medical Care ADR shares trade on the NYSE Euronext. The first trading day on the NYSE for the common ADRs was October 1, 1996 and November 25, 1996 for the preferred ADRs.

An ADR is a negotiable U.S. certificate representing ownership of shares in a non-U.S. corporation. Each Fresenius Medical Care ADR represents one Fresenius Medical Care ordinary share. ADR holders are entitled to all dividends and other distributions and rights pertaining to the underlying Fresenius Medical Care shares.
