Fresenius Medical Care North America maintains a toll-free Patient Emercency Hotline (1-800-626-1297) for all patients impacted by Hurricane Gustav or any other natural disaster. The Hotline is staffed by operators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer inquiries from patients who may have relocated or whose clinic may have been impacted by the storm. Our operators can tell you whether your clinic is open or help you find the nearest clinic if you're away from home.
