Our free kidney disease education class is offered to patients, care partners, and family members, and can be taken with an educator or self-paced online. The class covers:

HOME DIALYSIS

People exploring their dialysis treatment options should be informed about every treatment option available to them. Many people are excellent candidates for treatments such as peritoneal dialysis (PD) or home hemodialysis (HHD), both of which are administered in the home and offer a range of health and lifestyle benefits. Fresenius Kidney Care offers the education, training, programs, and support to help home dialysis patients be successful.

EARLY INTERVENTION

We are committed to reaching people early in their kidney disease journey. Early intervention allows for the potential to slow the progression of kidney disease and ultimately support improved health outcomes. We are offering hands-on support and expanding care coordination activities to encourage people living with kidney disease to take an active role in their care earlier on, including management of their hypertension, diabetes, and other comorbidities. When treatment is needed, we help develop a plan for an optimal start to treatment.
