Remuneration of the Supervisory Board

The remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board is based on the Articles of Association. The remuneration was amended by the Annual General Meeting on August 27, 2020 with effect as from January 1, 2021 and resolved under item 7 of the agenda with a majority of 98.52 %.

The members of the Supervisory Board receive a fixed remuneration and fringe benefits (reimbursement for expenses and insurance coverage) and, if they are serving on a committee of the Supervisory Board, an additional remuneration for this service on a committee. In principle, chairmanship and deputy chairmanship of the Supervisory Board or its committees are additionally remunerated.
