Remuneration of the Supervisory Board

The remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board is based on the Articles of Association. 

The remuneration was last amended by the Annual General Meeting on May 16, 2024 with effect as from July 1, 2024 and resolved under item 10 of the agenda with a majority of 99.49%. The remuneration applying until June 30, 2024 was resolved by the Annual General Meeting on August 27, 2020 under item 7 of the agenda with a majority of 98.52%.

The members of the Supervisory Board receive a fixed remuneration and fringe benefits (reimbursement for expenses and insurance coverage) and, if they are serving on a committee of the Supervisory Board, an additional remuneration for this service on a committee.
