The honorees are:

  • Ana Catalina Alvarez Elias, Research Scientist, has been chosen by the International Society of Nephrology as an Emerging Leader for the 2024 Cohort to impact global kidney health initiatives.
  • June Thompson, Renal Dietician at Fresenius Kidney Care in Greensboro, USA, has been recognized by the National Kidney Foundation, receiving the esteemed Renal Dietician Award
  • Patricia Rapps, Director of Product Family hemodialysis in Schweinfurt, Germany, has been honored as a recipient of the Manufacturing Institute’s prestigious 2024 Women MAKE Awards. The German regional newspaper Schweinfurter Tagblatt featured an interview with Patricia Rapps on her career and engagement for young women. Please find the interview here.
